Things To Do: The Peninsula Film Festival



Held over the first weekend in February, the Peninsula Film Festival (PFF) is one of Victoria's iconic annual film festivals. PFF attracts film-makers and filmgoers from all over the country and is supported by Industry bodies including VicScreen (previously known as Film Victoria).

Oz Indie Showcase:

The Peninsula Film Festival Festival launch is to be held Friday 3 February at Rosebud Cinema. Featuring an Independent Aussie Feature Film; Poker Face. The screening is followed by a Q&A.

Short Film Festival: 

On Saturday February 4, the outdoor, short film festival will be held at the Village Green in Rosebud. Up to 20 short films will be screened and awarded monetary prizes by a panel of celebrity judges. These films are judged live by a panel of celebrity judges and awarded monetary prizes. Films are also screened in additional categories including Best Animation, Best Documentary, Best International and the Woodleigh School Emerging Filmmaker Award. All films are competing for up to $30K in cash and prizes. There will be a selection of food trucks, local wine and beer and market stalls for attendees to grab a bite and a beverage.
