July 2022 Beauty, Skincare and Wellness Empties

You know it is a great beauty, skincare, and wellness product when you use it up to the last drop and then purchase it repeatedly. It's time to share my beauty, skincare, and wellness empties from the past month with you!

My thoughts: Firstly it is really hard to gauge how well these perform when you're only given 1 ampoule of each. What I do like about using single dose ampoules, is that they protect the formula from deteriorating when exposed to air and light. These ampoules are made from biodegradable seaweed, so they are kind to the environment. What I also really like is that they provide an easy way to calculate how much your skincare costs.

My thoughts: A calming chia latte with the addition of blue spirulina powder for an antioxidant and vitamin and mineral boost as well as an amazing colour. You can enjoy it warm or chilled, either way, the Nutra Organics Mermaid latte tastes dreamy mixed with milk of your choice. Sweeten with a little extra honey or maple syrup if your taste buds are calling for it. I enjoyed it with heated almond or oat milk and a dollop of honey to sweeten.

My thoughts: I liked this hair spray but I didn't love it as much as the one I typically use which is why I wouldn't repurchase, In general it is a great all rounder hairspray that has been created for tresses that require firmer handling. It provides touchable, all-day control without feeling crunchy or sticky, while also protecting against humidity and providing heat protection up to 230°C.

My thoughts: Whenever I try a moisturiser with mica in it as an ingredient it does make it difficult to gauge the effectiveness of the moisturiser as it is often used to create a glow effect. Kiehl's Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream can be used for day or night. In general is a great all rounder skin renewing face cream with Manuka Honey and Red Ginseng Root.

My thoughts: I realised in buying this product how much of a commitment it is to go through 1l of body wash. I think it lasted me almost 2 years. What I did love about this product is that it doubles for bubble bath too! This was a great all-rounder bodywash that did the job of cleansing without leaving the skin feeling dry. It smelled divine as well.
