GoodnessMe June 2021 Review - Brain Food

GoodnessMe June 2021 Review - Brain Food

I'm so excited to share that I have received my second GoodnessMe Health Box! Following on from the last month's Gut Lovin' theme this month their focus is on Brainfood! What better timing for me too, as I spent most of June preparing for and taking exams for Uni.

In my June GoodnessMe Health Box there was over $55 worth of delicious and healthy snacks and pantry items, all of which are endorsed by their picky health practitioners. GoodnessMe aims to bring you the best of the best when it comes to wholefood savoury snacks, sweet treats, ready-made meals and everything in between. Who wouldn't want to receive a box full of snacks and pantry items each month? Plus, the thought of receiving a box of tasty and healthy goodies every month without needing to navigate all the options in the supermarket sounds divine to me.

The Brain Food box is filled with pantry staples to improve your mood and focus! They have also thrown in a brain food health guide complete with some tried-and-tested tips and recipes to help you get your head around it all, and help support your brain health through what you eat.

What was in my GoodnessMe Box:
  • TASTI PRODUCTS - Super Food Balls
  • AYAM - Malaysian Nyonya Curry Paste
I used this to make a delicious curry by making a few substitutions to the Tofu Nyonya Curry recipe that came in the booklet.
  • NEXBA - Strawberry & Peach Kefir
A refreshing beverage, I enjoyed sipping on this in the sunshine after spending a few hours gardening.
  • AMAZING OILS - Natural Relief Magnesium Flakes
  • PROPER CRISPS - Rosemary & Thyme
These crisps are all sorts of yumminess, I would consider purchasing these next time I'm hosting a get together.
  • PUREHARVEST - NOM Lush Almond
This almond mylk/milk is so creamy and delicious that I've since bought it at least three times, it is perfect for adding to a protein shake or your coffee.
  • HART & SOUL - Thai Coconut Tom Kha
  • MUNCHME - Pumpkin Seed
I just adore anything from Munchme and this Pumpkin Seed snack is no exception. I've since added this delicious and nutritious snack to my shopping cart a few times.
  • WELLGROVE - Throat Spray
  • The Brainfood Handbook & Challenge
