December Bellabox Review

I've been working with Bellabox for quite sometime and I thought it about time that rather than just posting a few pictures on my social media that I'd step it up a notch and give a review each month, kicking things off with the December Festive and Fabulous box. Now let me give you the heads up I'm not a typical beauty blogger I came at things from the angle of someone who works in the fitness industry, trains and competes in marathon kayaking, and spends a lot of time being active.

STYLondon Eyeshadow Palette - Full Size (RRP: $17.00)
When it comes to eye shadow I certainly love the browns, nudes, and bronzes, I've tried other colours but I just love the more natural look. The STYLondon Eyeshadow Palette is a 12-shade eyeshadow palette. All 12 colours glide on with ease and have velvety texture, you can go light and delicate or bold and strong with the matte and shimmer eye colours. Everyone had the opportunity to opt in to receive their favourite colour combo – the warm, earthy tones of Piccadilly, the pretty and feminine Sloane, cool and sexy Bond, or edgy, attention-grabbing Carnaby. You guessed it, I selected Piccadilly.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Tinted Fluid SPF50+ 2 x 3ml samples (50m: RRP $28.95)
I've not found a better sunscreen on the market than La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL. I wear it when kayak racing and training, surfing, at the beach and pretty much wherever I know I'll be exposed to the sun. Receiving these tube samples that are practical for throwing into a handbag or sports bag made me extremely happy!

Justice Professional Conditioning Shampoo, 60ml and Repairing Conditioner, 40ml (300ml RRP $19.95 each)
As I'm currently battling with what is known as sweaty scalp and my scalp is sensitive at the moment I'm not able to try a new product. However these products to promise to help repair and strengthen damaged, brittle and dry hair adding extra moisture, which is generally what I look for in hair care products. I'm also a fan of the sample size packaging as they are perfect for throwing into the sports bag.

Dream Dots, 24 dots (24 dots RRP $19.99)
I wasn't 100% sure about these, but then I tried them and wow! This is not a product I would buy myself as it would never come to top of mind, however I did have a pimple pop up and I because I had them at home I tried it over night as directed and the pimple went away. This is another thing I like about receiving a Bellabox, you get products you need but would never think of buying.

BONUS PRODUCTS:

Zuii Certified Organic Flora Foundation Primer, Sachet sample, 1.5ml
I've liked the Zuii products I've received in the past and I don't expect this to be any different. I do find sachets to be a little awkward to mange if you want to prolong the use of the product. I'm a fan of using primer for big events where you know you weren't have time to touch up your makeup.

Colgate Proclinical C350 Toothbrush
Now, the added card in my box stated that it would also include a Colgate Proclinical C350 Toothbrush which is valued at around $100, sadly I missed out as this wasn't in my box.

In a few words, I'm certainly impressed with the contents of this months Bellabox and it certainly stood up to the theme Festive and Fabulous. I wonder what they in store for us in January?
